Refund Policy

You can receive a full refund of any GIFRS purchase by submitting a request within 14 calendar days of payment, without giving a reason. This covers one-time publication, Stars packs and subscription payments, including renewals. Using Stars, creating or publishing a site, or using other paid features does not restrict your refund right or reduce the amount.

If publication fails, charged Stars are restored to the internal balance. This does not replace a cash refund requested within 14 days. After that period, you can still contact us about duplicate charges, undelivered or faulty products; mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Select the payment in your account’s refunds section or email dcbaalpvlape@gmail.com with your purchase email, payment date and transaction ID. A reason and supporting evidence are optional. The date you submit the request determines the deadline, not the date it is processed. Never send a full card number, CVV, password or SMS code. GIFRS responds within 3 business days and initiates the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the request. Settlement depends on the payment provider and bank and normally takes 5–10 business days. Refund messages are service messages, not advertising.

Requests submitted within 14 days receive the full amount actually paid back to the original payment method. Used features and Stars are not deducted from the cash refund. The corresponding Stars and bonuses are removed up to the available balance without creating a debt; unpaid affiliate commission is reversed. A refund ends access granted by the refunded purchase. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

If your purchase is paid through Paddle, you can also request a refund using the support link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle purchases are governed by Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy; our 14-day guarantee provides an additional right to a full refund. It does not limit stronger mandatory consumer rights.

One-time publication is fully refundable on request within 14 calendar days of payment, even if the site has already been published. Using the service does not reduce the refund amount. A confirmed full refund ends access granted by that purchase; a separate later paid term remains unaffected.
